Milford man arrested on ecstasy charges

A Milford man is behind bars, after Police reportedly found ecstasy on him during a complaint.
Milford Police say on March 7th, Officers responded to a complaint at the Parson Thorne Apartment Complex. During an investigation into an unrelated complaint, Police say they found that 38-year-old Lavar Sienna, had 46 doses of ecstasy, along with nearly 2 grams of marijuana, and several hundred dollars in cash. Sienna was also apparently wanted on an active capias out of New Castle County Superior Court.
He was then arrested, and charged with possession of a controlled substance tier 3 quantity – ecstasy, possession with the intent to deliver ecstasy, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sienna was later arraigned, and is now being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on $15,300 bond.
