Easton man accused of crashing into parked car, charged with DUI

An Easton man was arrested on Sunday, after he reportedly drove under the influence, and crashed into a parked car.
Easton Police say 28-year-old Brenden Devine, was driving a 1991 Volvo, on South Higgins Street at South Lane, when he hit a curb, twice, along with a parked vehicle. Officers apparently watched it happen, and pulled him over. Devine was apparently given the chance to take a field sobriety test or a breath test, but he refused both.
Police say there were signs of intoxication, so he was arrested, and charged accordingly with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driver failure to obey designated lane directions, negligent driving and other related offenses.
He was later released pending trial.
