DSP looking for wanted Seaford sex offender

A Seaford sex offender is wanted by Police, after he reportedly failed to register his address.

Delaware State Police say they are looking for 28-year-old Kevin Woods, after he failed to re-register his current address with DSP’s Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit.

Woods, a Tier 2 sex offender, is described as a 5′ 4″ tall black man, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be living in the Seaford area, and is currently wanted for failure to re-register, along with a warrant out of Sussex County Superior Court for a violation of probation.
