Dewey Beach PD investigating rash of burglaries

Police in Dewey Beach are looking for information, after an apparent string of burglaries in the area.

Dewey Beach Police say since February 25th, they have responded to several reports of daytime residential burglaries. In all the instances, the suspect had apparently kicked in the door of the homes, and fled with flat screen televisions.

Dewey Beach PD says that there have been similar crime taking place in Rehoboth Beach. Delaware State Police are reportedly also investigating similar incidents in their jurisdiction.
