City of Salisbury asks residents to report potholes

One local city is reaching out to residents to get help with finding, and filling potholes.
The City of Salisbury says they have repaired more than 1,300 potholes in just eight days, but they need your help. They are asking residents to report any potholes that need filling to be reported by either calling the Salisbury City Service Center at 410-548-3177 from 8:00 to 4:30, or by using the City Mobile Device App.
Potholes are apparently created when water freezes under the street surface during cold months, causing the pavement to swell. Officials say they are currently just using temporary patches using a cold paving material, but once the warmer weather rolls around, they will be permanently repaired.
