Attorney waives jury trial for Brandon Moore

New details have arisen in the trial of Brandon Moore; one of three men arrested during a protest at last year’s Salisbury Christmas parade.
Moore’s attorney tells 47ABC he has waived the right for a jury trial. That means Moore will face a judge instead.
Moore’s attorney made that choice because they will be able to appeal the judge’s decision if it’s unfavorable.
Among other charges, Moore faces resisting arrest and 2nd degree assault. The trial has been set for April 8th in the Wicomico County District Court.
