Wesley Earns Conference Win Over York

Wesley College men’s basketball took a 63-51 win over York (PA.) on Wednesday night. The win bring the Wolverines record to 10-10, with an 8-5 mark in conference.

Anthony Bowers had a career night for Wesley, scoring 24 points on 7-11 shooting, including four three’s. Quincy Pettiford notched a double-double with 11 points and 11 boards, while JW Lawson added 12 points off the bench. Wayne Lennon also contributed a great game for the Wolverines, with 8 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 blocks.

Wesley will look to go over .500 for the first time this season when they travel to Christopher Newport on Saturday, February 7th, tip off is set for 3 p.m.
