Rehoboth Beach Police say on Monday they arrested 26-year-old Braedon Zinser and 22-year-old Morgan Gunser, both of Rehoboth, following a January 30th burglary at the Rehoboth Toy and Kite Company. Police say after they released surveillance photos of the suspect from the scene, tips from the public led them to Zinser and Gunser.
According to investigators, they found evidence linking the two to the crime, at Zinser’s home during the arrest.
Both have been charged with burglary 3rd degree, wearing a disguise during a felony, possession of burglary tools, tampering with evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, theft under $1,500, and criminal mischief under $1,000. Zinser is now being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on $12,000, while Gunser is being held at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institute, also on $12,000 bond.
