UPDATE: Cause of Lazy Lizard fire still undetermined

Fire investigators in Ocean City say the cause of the fire at Lazy Lizard Brew Pub earlier in February, is still being looked into.

The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office says they have ruled the cause of the February 10th fire as undetermined, but have not ruled out an electrical malfunction as a contributing factor. The fire started around 9:50 AM, at the North Philadelphia Avenue building, with most of the damage apparently being contained to the third floor.

Three victims were taken from the scene to area hospitals, including two members of the Ocean City Fire Department.
