Sussex Central Wins Third Game Of The Season

The Sussex Central Golden Knights hosted the Moyer Academy Titans on Thursday night and it was a close one through the first half.

Both teams played equal to one another creating a very close game on both sides of the ball. The Golden Knights would get a good rhythm going, but the Titans strike right back with a bucket making it hard for one team to pull away from another. Sussex Central was looking to get a win – the last time this basketball team had gotten a win was back at the Governor’s Challenge in December.

The Golden Knights pulled off not just a win, but a 9 point win over Moyer Academy, the final score, 71-62.

Sussex Central is back in action on Monday against a very good Smyrna High School at 7:15 pm.
