Pocomoke Boys Continue To Roll, Down Snow Hill

The Pocomoke boys basketball team continued with the roll they have been on this season, coming up with a 87-55 win over Snow Hill. The win improves the Warriors to 16-3, while the loss drops the Eagles to 5-13.

The Warriors press would help them jump out to a quick lead. Dajour Mills and Tyler Nixon would force the Eagles into several traps, allowing for the backside of the press to come up with steals. There Raymir Smith would come up with the rips, get out into the open court and score. Once they built up a decent lead, the Warriors showed they could make it happen in the half court set as well. Nixon was hitting three ball after three ball to help open up a double digit lead. The Eagles would fight their way back though led by Amear Fisher. Fisher would hit a three just before the halftime buzzer to cut the deficit to 18. But Pocomoke would continue to push in the second half as they would go on to take this one easily.
