House fire breaks out in Delmar

The cold temperatures and snow couldn’t prevent a fire breaking out in Delmar.

Delmar Fire Department officials tell 47 ABC a fire broke out on Tina Avenue last night. According to their facebook page, the initial call was for a house fire with entrapment. When crews arrived, they reportedly found the lone resident of the home escaped and was not injured.
