Dover woman arrested on drug charges

A Delaware woman was arrested after police say they found dozens of bags of heroin on her person.

According to Dover Police, Cassie Lynch, 30, of Dover, was arrested on Tuesday after authorities contacted her during an active drug investigation. Police reportedly conducted a search of Lynch, and found 50 bags of heroin.

Lynch was taken into custody and was later released on bond. She faces multiple drug charges including possession with intent to deliver heroin.
