The male victim was taken to Kent General Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

Police say they tracked down the suspected vehicle Ingram and Matthews reportedly fled in, near Capitol Green. Authorities found Ingram inside the car, along with with a .40 caliber handgun that had been reportedly stolen from Salisbury, Maryland.
