DelTech to host Chocolate Lovers 5K Run & Walk Saturday

If you are looking to get out with those you love this Valentine’s Day, one local community college has just the thing.

On Saturday, Delaware Technical Community College’s Terry Campus will be holding the Chocolate Lovers 5K Run/Walk. This family friendly event offers a 5K run or walk which start at 10:00 AM, along with a Kiddie K, which starts at 9:50 PM.

Following the competitions, participants can warm up in the on-campus conference center with homemade hot chocolate, and delicious home-baked chocolate treats made by the college’s culinary arts program.

The run costs $30, with proceeds benefiting the Terry Campus International Education Study Abroad Scholarship Program. Visit the DelTech website for more information.
