Code Purple issued for homeless in Dover
Police in Dover say a Code Purple has been issued ahead of freezing temperature forecasts.
Kent County is anticipated to see harsh freezing weather this week, so authorities have released shelter information for those in need.
The Code Purple will be in effect thru Saturday, February 7, 2015.
