2 Pa. men arrested on gun charges at Del. shopping center

Two Pennsylvania men have been arrested on weapons charges after Delaware state police say they were spotted behaving suspiciously at a shopping center north of Wilmington.
Police say the men were spotted on Thursday by an employee of a business. The person reported that one of the men was wearing a mask.
Troopers spotted the men again on Friday. Police say one of them appeared to be clutching an object in the waistband of his pants. Troopers ordered the man to the ground, and police say he fled.
Police ultimately used a Taser on the man and arrested him and the other man. Police say they recovered a gun from the man who fled. They’ve been identified as 28-year-old Cory Foster and 25-year-old Lawrence Payton, both of Philadelphia.
