VA State Police investigate crash in Accomack County

Virginia State Police are investigating a two vehicle crash that landed one car in a ditch on Sunday afternoon.

The crash happened around 2:00 p.m. on Lankford Highway, involving a pick-up truck and another vehicle. 47 ABC reached out to the Atlantic Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, which responded to the scene. They say the cars “side-swiped” each other on the road, which led the car to crash into a ditch.

There were no reported injuries.

The investigation is on going.
