Sea Gulls Push Thru To Defeat Wesley

The Salisbury University men’s basketball team finished a strong performance taking out CAC and Route 13 rival Wesley, 62-45.

Salisbury was led by big man Wyatt Smith, who recorded 17 points and 12 rebounds, and guard Rocky Smith, who was 4-4 from behind the three-point arc, and finished with 16 points. For Wesley, JW Lawson was the only player to score into double digits with 13, while Xavier Laws added 9.

Both teams return to action Saturday, January 24th, with Salisbury visiting Penn State Harrisburg, while Wesley hosts Southern Virginia.
