Performing arts center opens

A $23.1 million dollar project in Ocean City, nearly eight years in the making is finally complete.

The Performing Arts Center at the Convention Center is officially open for business. The center includes 1,200 seats and a two-tiered auditorium.

The center is expected to hold plays and other performing arts for large seminars and conference sessions.
