Operation Ceasefire leads to more arrests

 Operation ceasefire continues in Somerset County and Crisfield police say they’ve made two more arrests.

Tavian Simmons, 18, is now being held on $250,000 bond after being taken into custody on Woodebrook Drive in Salisbury. He faces a number of charges including 1st and 2nd degree assault and use of handgun in a crime of violence.

William Ward, 23, was arrested in Crisfield and faces illegal Possession of Ammunition by a felon charge. Ward is being held on $5,000 bond.
