Man arrested after drug and trespassing incident at Wal-Mart in Berlin

Worcester County Sheriff’s Office have a man in custody they say trespassed the Wal-Mart in Berlin and attempted to toss several packages of suspected Heroin.

Officials say 45-year-old Christian Boyles, of Berlin was arrested on Friday after a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy responded to the Berlin Wal-Mart, for a trespassing complaint. Once they arrived officials were told Boyles was not to be on Wal-Mart property from June, but was seen inside of the Wal-Mart on Friday. Boyles had left the scene before the Deputy arrived at about 12 noon but came back again around 4 PM. Reports say as the Deputy attempted to arrest him for trespassing, he pulled away from the officer several times. Officials also say as Boyles tried to pull away from the Deputy he also attempted to toss several packages of suspected Heroin.

Boyles was placed under arrest for two counts of trespassing, resisting arrest, and cds possession not Marijuana. Reports say he was later released on a $10,000 bond, and he still awaits trail.
