Lake Forest wins big over Appoquinimink at home

The Lake Forest Spartans hosted the Appoquinimink Jaguars for a wrestiling match on Wednesday evening. Both teams geared up for the night, however, it would be the Spartans who stole the show.

The Jaguars won the first four individual matches, but the Spartans won the match 56-17.
