Injuries reported in Delaware car crash

(AP) – Authorities say multiple people suffered injuries during a car crash in Middletown.

New Castle County Paramedics responded to Middletown Warwick and Peterson roads in Middletown just before 7:30 p.m. on Friday for reports of a car crash. Authorities say three patients were treated on scene and transported to local emergency rooms.

Those injured include a 49-year-old man suffering from leg, hip, chest and back injuries; a five-year-old girl with a possible head injury and an 18-year-old man with head, chest and back injuries. Authorities say all three patients are in serious but stable condition.
