Eric Enderson Selected To ECAC All-East Team

University of Delaware sophomore punter Eric Enderson added another accolade to his already long list, being named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Football Championship Subdivision All-East team. This is Enderson’s fourth postseason All-American team this season.

Enderson, who was named to the AP College Sports Madness, and Beyond Sports Network All-American teams, was honored on a regional level, being one of 33 players selected. Enderson was selected by a vote of head coaches from the Colonial Athletic Association, Patirot League, Northeast Conference, Ivy League, Mid-Eastern Athletic, and Big South Conferences.

A criminal justice major from Hampton, Va, Enderson is a two-time All-CAA selection and just the second punter in Delaware history to earn All-East honors. He put up another stellar season as one of the nation’s top punters in 2014, averaging just under 45 yards per kick this fall. Enderson had 16 punts land inside of the opponent’s 20 yard line, 12 go for 50 yards or more, and a long of 69. He also scored a touchdown this season when he ran a fake field goal in from two yards out.
