DSU Women’s Basketball Fall To South Carolina St.

The Delaware State University women’s basketball team fell to South Carolina St. Saturday 65-60. The loss drops the Hornets to 3-12.

The Hornets would be ice cold to open the game, and the Bulldogs would take advantage. They quickly jumped out to a double digit lead. Mikah Aldridge would lead them back though. She finished with a team high 18 points as DSU found themselves down just 28-24 at the half. But the comeback fell short in the second half, as DSU went on to take the loss.

The Hornets return to action Monday when they host Savannah St.
