DSU receives a donation from Toyota in honor of MLK

Delaware State University, along with 4 other HBCU schools have received a generous donation from Toyota Financial Services.

A donation of $50,000 was granted to DSU, along with Howard University, Bowie State University, Morehouse College, and Morgan State University.

This donation is in honor of the life and vision of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

DSU’s president, Dr. Harry L. Williams spoke on the importance and possibilities that come with the donation, saying “Such support is so vitally important for our students at DSU as well as the other HBCU’s.” Dr. Williams added, “This donation from Toyota is in enhancing our efforts to keep our students on track to fulfill their academic and professional aspirations.”
