A Millsboro man convicted of dealing child porn

A Delaware man has been convicted of dealing child pornography.

According to federal prosecutors, Harry Roche, 44, of Millsboro will spend 35 years in prison after he collected and distributed hundreds of photos and videos depicting adult men violently raping prepubescent boys. In most of the images, the boys were reportedly bound, gagged or blindfolded.

Roche was arrested at his home in Millsboro in January 2013 on a cybertip.

Officials say he has been a registered sex offender since 1994 and was previously convicted for dealing in child pornography in 2003.
