The suspects profiled on 47 ABC’s special report “Wicomico’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives” make that list primarily because of how long they’ve been on the run.

The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office chooses the people on this list, and gives 47 ABC the identifying information on each suspect.

Wanted Suspect #9: Richard James Wiggins

5’08” 150 lbs DOB 09/29/1973 40 years of age Brown hair, Green eyes Wiggins’ last known address was Cambridge MD Wiggins is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear in February 2013 for a Violation of Probation hearing on the charge of Assault 2nd And on a District Court Bench Warrant issued in March 2013 for Violation of Probation on the charges of CDS Possession Not Marijuana and Paraphernalia The total preset bond is $75,000 Wiggins should be APPROACHED WITH CAUTION and has history of DRUG ABUSE

The state will extradite him from the states surrounding MD

Wanted Suspect #10: Stephen James Wilson

6’03” 200 lbs DOB 07/25/1991 23 years of age Brown hair, Hazel eyes Wilson’s last known address is Hebron MD Wilson is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear in July 2014 on the charge of Theft There is no preset bond, he must be brought before the court
Wilson has history of RESIST ARREST and DRUG ABUSE	Stephen James Wilson
