UPDATE: OC bus assault suspects in court

Two of the three teens accused of robbing a bus driver in Ocean City back in June were in court this week.

According to reports, one of the suspects, Josiah Mincer, 18, pleaded guilty yesterday to robbery. He was sentenced to 6-years all but 3 suspended and 36 months probation.

One of his alleged co-conspirators Marquez Ellis, 19, was in court this morning, he was sentenced to eight years with all be three suspended. Officials say he could be released in half that time for good behavior

As for the third suspect, Jaleel Henderson, 18, reports say his criminal trial is scheduled for next February.
