Police Arrest Four Juveniles For Trespassing
EASTON, Md. – Officers from the Easton Police Department Bike Unit arrested four juveniles near the Easton Plaza Shopping Center on Friday night.
Around 11:15 PM, authorities say they were flagged down by a Hispanic male who was working at the Acapulco Restaurant. According to the employee, four juveniles tried to enter the business which was functioning as a bar and night club at the time. When they were denied due to their ages, the man says one of the juveniles threatened to harm him.
Officers say they found the four juveniles hiding in the bushes of the shopping center near a bowling alley. When they tried to made contact with them, we're told the four began running towards the rear of the shopping center.
Once the four were caught by the officers, they were taken into custody and transported to headquarters for processing before being referred to the Department of Juvenile Services for Trespassing on Posted Property and Obstructing and Hindering a Police Officer.
The juveniles have been released to the custody of their parents.
47 ABC reached out to Easton Police regarding the age and gender of the four juveniles. Authorities have not been available for an immediate comment.
