Information Sought On Salisbury Armed Robbery Suspect

Police in Salisbury are looking to identify an armed robbery suspect. According to Salisbury Police, just after 5:40 PM on Wednesday, Officers responded to the Shoppers One Stop Market on Delaware Avenue, for reports of an armed robbery.

Police say store employees told Officers that a man entered the store, walked up to the checkout counter, and demanded cash from the employee. The suspect reportedly had a handgun in his waistband. Police say the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A Salisbury PD K-9 unit apparently attempted to track the suspect, but couldn’t locate him. Surveillance footage depicts the suspect as a black male, standing 5′ 10″ tall, with long dreadlock hair, last seen wearing a white sports jersey with #72 on it and orange sleeves, along with a blue and black striped shirt underneath, a black baseball hat with a multi-colored brim.
