Harrington man charged after apparently yelling at children

A Harrington man was arrested on Friday, after he was apparently harassing students walking home.
Harrington Police say Officers responded to Dorman Street, near Grant Street, for reports of a disorderly suspect. Once on scene, Officers apparently found an intoxicated 63-year-old Maurice Collins walking down the middle of the street, yelling a children walking home from school.
Collins, who had also apparently been preventing vehicle from driving down the street, was arrested, and charged with disorderly conduct, pedestrian yield right away to all vehicles, and drunk on a highway. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on a $502 cash bail.
