HALO debuts new men's shelter

staying in wicomico county — the halo men’s shelter made it’s debut tonight. the brand new shelter features fifty-five beds and pillows — to help men who are homeless. this new shelter was apparently a communal effort — as local businesses and the community pitched in with both financial and physical labor. halo’s executive director — celeste savage — expressed her excitement to 47 abc about the new shelter. it’s just been amazing to see what we has happened around here, i mean, i’m just overwhelmed and i’m humbled with the reality with what the community make this place possible savage also tells 47 abc — the new men’s shelter has the capacity to serve one-hundred ten people.
