Emmanuel Wesleyan Church spreads holiday cheer

The holiday cheer was spread to nearly 96 homes, and almost 300 people Saturday morning by members of the Emmanuel Wesleyan Church.

As a part of their “Adopt a Block” ministry, members came out to the Church Street neighborhood in Salisbury and delivered Christmas presents to children.

Church members say they want to build a strong relationship with their community and try to provide them with anything they need.

Pastor Mark ThompsonEmmanuel Wesleyan Church says, “We deliver food every other Saturday we deliver clothes furniture try to do some fix ups in the homes whatever the residents need we try to provide that.”
