Dover Police looking for armed robbery suspect

Dover Police are asking for anyone with information about an armed robbery of a local business, that happened on Saturday, to contact them.

According to the Dover PD’s Criminal Investigation Unit, on December 20th around 5:10 PM, a man armed with a 6′ kitchen knife entered Tienda Latina, on Townsend Boulevard. Once inside, Police say the suspect jumped over the counter, and used the knife to try and get the clerk to open the cash registers, but after several failed attempts, the suspect fled the business.

The suspect is described as a male, standing 5′ 6″ – 8″ tall, last seen wearing all black clothing.
