Dover Police investigating knife-point robbery

Police in Dover are looking for a robbery suspect, who reportedly held someone up at knife-point.
Dover Police say on Saturday evening, around 5:15 PM, a 27-year-old male was riding his bicycle to work, on Governors Avenue, near Mary Street, when a man walked up to him, asking for a lighter. According to the report, the suspect then pulled out a wood handled steak knife, and stated “you already know what it is.” The suspect apparently fled, with the victim’s cell phone, wallet, and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police describe the suspect as a black male in his late teens/early twenties, standing 5′ 10″ tall, weighting between 150 and 160 pounds, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white shoes, and a white sock on his hand.
