Crisfield goes down to Nandua

The Nandua Warriors and the Crisfield Crabbers squared off in a first day Governor’s Challenge game. The Warriors came out with authority and controlled the game from the very beginning eventually giving them what they needed to ensure the win.

Nandua led the entire game, but at times, Crisfield showed some life and towards the end of the fourth quarter, almost made a comeback. If the Crabbers had played the entire game like they did in the fourth quarter – the result may have been switched.

The Crabbers fell to the Warriors 73-66 – Tyriem Blake finished the game with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists for a triple-double.

Up next, Crisfield faces North Caroline who lost to Seaford at 12:45 and Nandua will face Seaford at 11:30 am.
