Wesley Football Coast Into Second Round
Dover, DE – The Wesley football team advanced to the second round of the NCAA DIII Tournament Saturday after they coasted past Hampden-Sydney 52-7. The Wolverines put this one away early by scoring 42 points in the first quarter.
The Wolverines scored just about every way you could in the first quarter. They Seve Koudossou had two touchdown passes on back to back drives. They then added two interception returns to go along with another Joe Callahan touchdown pass to blow this thing wide open. The defense would close the door from there, as they forced 7 turnovers on the day, including a school record 6 interceptions.
