UMES Volleyball Fall To East Carolina

Princess Anne, MD – The University of Maryland Eastern Shore volleyball team lost their second straight match Tuesday night when they fell to East Caroline 3-1. The loss drops the Hawks to 11-18 on the season.

The Pirates and Hawks would split the opening two sets before East Carolina would grab control of the match with a dominating third set win. In the 4th and final set, the teams would exchange blows to open before the Pirates would go on a huge run to pull away. The loss wraps up the 2014 season for UMES.
