Parkside Girls Soccer See’s Season Come To An End In Regional Championship
Salisbury, MD – The Parkside girls soccer team saw their tremendous season come to an end Tuesday when they fell to Fallston 3-0 in the regional championship match.
The Rams would be in a back and forth battle the first 10 minutes of the match, controlling some possessions and creating a few scoring opportunities. But the Cougars seized control of the match with a 15 minute stretch in the middle of the half in which they would score two goal to take the lead. Fallston nearly had a couple other goals but the Rams keeper Miyuki Schoyen came up with a few incredible diving saves. The second half the Cougars would continue to push, and would eventually add one more goal to stretch their lead to 3.
The loss finishes the great careers for the Rams five seniors, Alexis Nock, Emily Davis, Kelsey Nock, Maria Gianelle and Natalie Barrett.
