What are some ways to eliminate “Phantom Load”?

Use power strips, Cluster the electronics you want to control with the flip of a single switch. Now anything plugged into that strip is “truly off.”

Unplug devices when not in use. Appliances that are rarely used, phone chargers; unplug them. “If it's not plugged in, it can't waste energy”.

   Purchase energy-efficient appliances bearing the Energy Star label.

By taking these measures, at least these vampires will suck away less or limited amounts of “Energy.”
