GOOD MORNING DELMARVA - Too many patient have absolutely no idea why they are checking their blood sugar other than their provider told them to check their blood sugar “once a day”.  And that's what they do, check it the same time each morning and have no idea what the numbers mean or that different foods affect their blood sugars in different ways.    I can show a visual of a blood sugar testing result how blood sugars vary during the day and on the foods eaten and make a few suggestions how to get the best of testing their blood sugar.
