DSU Men’s Basketball Start Season 2-0
Dover, Del. – The Delaware State University men's basketball team moved to 2-0 on the year with a big win over Baptist Bible 104-63. Four Hornets finished in double figures scoring on the night.
DeAndre Haywood led DSU with 18 points while Larry Haley came off the bench registering a career high 17 points. Kendall Gray was a force against for the Hornets, finishing with his 13th career double double, 15 points and 12 rebounds. Gray also recorded 2 blocks moving him within 4 of the school record.
The Hornets will look for their first 3-0 start since the 2012-13 season when they visit North Texas for the first time on Wed. (Nov. 19). Game time is 8:30 p.m. in Denton, Tex.
DSU will also travel to Arkansas to take on the Razorbacks this Friday.
