Parkside Field Hockey Survive OT Scare From Queen Anne’s

Salisbury, MD – The Parkside field hockey team fought their way back from an early deficit to defeat Queen Anne's 2-1 in overtime. The Rams advance to play the winner of Kent Island and Stephen Decatur.

The Lions jumped out to a quick lead after Kelsey Graet was able to score on a break away. The Rams looked to find the equalizer, drawing several corners but weren't able to put it home initially. Finally, just before half Parkside would draw a penalty stroke, and Morgan McAllister would send it home. The teams would then battle to a stand still in the second half, setting up a sudden death extra period session. There Alivia Roskovich would send a shot to the top right corner for the game winner.
