Easton Boys Soccer Coast To Bayside Championship

Salisbury, MD – The Easton boys soccer team rebounded from their only loss of the year to take down Parkside 4-0 to claim the Bayside Championship. The win improves the Warriors to 12-1, while the loss drops Parkside too 10-2-1.

The Warriors wasted little time to get the scoring started as Ronald Rosalez would score on a break away to give his team a 1-0 lead. Just minutes later, the Warriors would be back on the attack when Avery Brice would settle a loose ball and fire it home far post to make it 2-0. The Warriors would take that lead into the break and thought they had a chance to push it to 3-0 off a free kick but Parkside's keeper Justin Ball made a tremendous play to keep it out. That would give the Warriors a corner kick though, and it would eventually set up Roy Kell for a goal at the top of the box. Finally, Rosalez would put the game away with his second goal of the match off a break away minutes later.

Both teams now prepare for postseason play.
