Cambridge South Dorchester with a Huge 56-12 win over Colonel Richardson
AMERICAN CORNER, MD — Cambridge South Dorchester had a lot on the line when they took the field on Thursday night against Colonel Richardson. It was simple, win Thursday night's game and next week's game against Easton and get a top seed for the playoffs. Mission one, accomplished. The Vikings defeated the Colonels 56-12.
Just sixteen seconds into the game, Nathaniel Lowe scored on a 18-yard run. Vikings get on the board 7-0.
The Colonels right back in as Eric Joseph recovered a fumble and returned it for 72-yards for a touchdown. The two-point conversion was no good and Colonel Richardson on the board 7-6.
Colonel Richardson would score one more time before halftime. But Cambridge South Dorchester ended up dominating this game when they added 49 more points for the night.
The Vikings improve to 8-1 and Colonel falls 1-8.
