Wicomico’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives – Part 3

The suspects profiled on 47 ABC’s special report “Wicomico’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives” make that list primarily because of how long they’ve been on the run.

The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office chooses the people on this list, and gives 47 ABC the identifying information on each suspect.

Wanted Suspect #5: Carlos Harlon Moore Jr.

  • 5’11” 220 lbs
  • DOB 04/02/1972 – 42 years of age
  • Black hair, Brown eyes
  • Moore’s last known address was Salisbury MD
  • Moore is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued in September 2013 for Violation of Probation on the charge of CDS Distribute Narcotics
  • There is no preset bond, he must be brought before the court
Moore has history of DRUG ABUSE Carlos Harlon Moore Jr.

Wanted Suspect #6: Reginald Edward Quailes

  • 5’09” 160 lbs
  • DOB 10/28/1968 – 45 years of age
  • Black hair, Brown eyes
  • Quailes’ last known address was Salisbury MD
  • Quailes uses the nicknames Fube or Fubi and Bube as well as the alias Charles Ray Jr
  • Quailes is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear in June 2013 for a Violation of Probation hearing on the charge of Theft $1000 to $10,000
Quailes should be APPROACHED WITH CAUTION, he has a history of RESIST ARREST, ASSAULT POLICE, and DRUG ABUSE, he should be considered DANGEROUS Reginald Edward Quailes
