Robert Arlett Wins Republican Vote For District 5

DELAWARE – Another upset in Sussex County, Republican Robert Arlett wins against Incumbent Vance Phillips In the District 5 County Council Race.

The current numbers are Robert Arlett won 55.1% to 44.9% gaining him a spot in the November election. 

On the Democratic side Robert Wheatly beat Bradley Connor 60.3% to 39.7% winning him a spot in the November election.
