Laurel Wins A Shootout Against Smyrna

Laurel, DE.- For the second weekend in a row, the Laurel Bulldogs made an impressive showing at home, this week they defeated the Smyrna Eagles 57-42.

Chucky August lead Laurel as they gashed the Eagles on the ground. August had 35 carries for 273 yards, while Reggie Green had 22 carries for 162 yards. Sarge Moise led the Bulldogs with 9 tackles, while Deontre Parker had 5.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will have a tough road game next weekend when they head up to face Delaware Military Academy, Smyrna (1-2) will host Polytech.
